Driving Gender Equity in Collaboration with NETIS Group

For 6 months in 2024, we supported the NETIS Group with designing their gender action plan and core initiatives on female recruitment, female leadership and mentoring, in collaboration with our partner ChewingRice, who are supporting the design of their internal communications strategy on gender and inclusion. We recently met the team at HQ and will conduct training and facilitate workshops in Ghana and Ivory Coast over the next few weeks.

It gave us a lot of joy to haved worked with such a passionate, committed and fun team.

Proparco Gender-based Violence & Harassment Benchmarking Study

We recently completed the above study together with GBVH action plan and workshops for Proparco. The study involved engaging stakeholders and Proparco staff on GBVH management in private-sector investments to gather feedback on how it manifests in projects and the ways that it is managed. We developed an action plan that included GBVH mainstreaming in the investment cycle and associated tools to check for risks at each stage. Workshops were conducted with management, investment officers and the ESG team to raise awareness of the study and business case for GBVH management, as well as to present the findings.
